Installation Please note: This software uses Activation Technology to protect against piracy. It is very important that you disable any firewall protection while installing this product (Windows XP with Service Pack 2 is shipped with the firewall default set to ON). Internet access is required to activate this product. During the install process, your computer will contact our Activation Server. An activation code will be generated that will allow you to continue the installation process. If for any reason, you are not able to connect to the internet during the install process, please follow the procedure below in order to obtain an activation code from us. Your purchase of this product entitles you to two installations only. If you attempt to install it a third time, it will not install.
Internet Not Accessible During Installation If you do not have internet access, we first need to obtain some information from you in order for us to generate an activation code that will allow you to install your software. Call us at 1-800-975-1257 and select option 2, or email us at support@powerful-learning.com. Let us know that you need manual activation for your software. In return, we will provide you with instructions on how to access the product code needed by us in order to generate an activation code for you. Once you are given an activation code, you can install your software.
Normal Install Process 1) Close all open programs and background tasks, including virus scanners. 2) Insert the CD into your CD drive. 3) The CD will start running automatically (if this function is not disabled on your computer). 4) Click the Install Software link. 5) On the “Welcome” window, click NEXT. 6) Read the Licensing Agreement, click the "I Agree ..." box and click NEXT. 7) On the “Ready To Install” window, enter the License Key provided for your software package. Click ACTIVATE. 8) Click NEXT. 9) Click FINISH 10) Click EXIT on the CD Automenu.
Error Messages During Install Windows ME, 2000, XP, Vista There are no known error messages during the install process.
